Just wanted to touch base after my interview today. I took your advice in answering some of the questions, and it went very, very well. After sending him my “new” resume yesterday, the interview changed into a GM position. We obviously have like-minded views on management styles and roles, and he kept telling me to rest easy, that I killed it today.
